Since 1997, Inepetrol has been an investor and operator of hydrocarbon fields in the Oil and Gas sector in Venezuela and Colombia, developing extensive experience in these sectors through partnerships with international companies. Our experience can be summarized as follows:

Profalca Project

132,000 MT/year Propylene Production Plant. Promoter and investor alongside Koch Industries, Inversiones Polar, and Pequiven.

Boscán Oil Field

Partner since 1995 with Chevron in the production of 106,000 barrels/day of oil.

Yucal Placer Non-Associated Gas Field

Production capacity of 145 million cubic feet per day. Investor with partners Total, Repsol, and Otepi, operating the plant through its company Ypergas S.A.

Khaki and Maulpa oil fields

Investor with ARCO and Inversiones Polar with production of 4,000 barrels/day, operating through its company Inemaka S.A.

Posa and Posa Norte Oil Fields in the Gulf of Paria

Initially an investor with Enron, later with Sinopec. Responsible for the development of the seismic and exploration plan. Responsible for developing the seismic and exploration plan. Currently a partner with AMOS Global Energy Group to develop the field.

Punta Sur Oil Field and Delfin Discovery in the Gulf of Paria

Investor with ENI. Currently a partner with AMOS Global Energy Group to develop the field. Initially responsible for the development of the exploration plan.

Oil Fields in Colombia

Three blocks in the Llanos basin and two blocks in the Tupumayo and Caguán basins in Colombia. Participated in 2010 as investor and operator through Petronova Inc., incorporated in Canada. In 2015, the company was sold to Petroamerica Oil Corp. Petronova´s investment amounted to USD 104 million dólares.
